Returns: Credit will be issued for DreamWorksHair.com errors and factory defects only. Exchanges wil be granted only when the merchandise is returned in original condition and original packing. Requests are to be made within 5 days upon receiving the merchandise and notify us about the defectiveness on the item and receive return authorization number. Clients are responsible for freight charges for all refund.

Tips, Caring of Human Extensions: The design of your hair style is only the first step. Proper care of client's own hair, together with extensions, will keep the hair style healthy and beautiful. Hair Pieces should be shampooed and conditioned before placed on client's head. Wash regulary, dirt, natural hair oils, styling residue and sweat will tangle and mat the client's own hair as well as the extensions.
It would be advisable Not to Tint, Color, Perm or any other extra process to the hair because it is already processed hair.
a)Detangling: Always use a conditioning solution when detangling dry hair. An inexpensive detangling solution can be made mixing 1/4 conditioner & 3/4 water.
b) Washing & Dring: When washing the extensions, do not rub or masssage the hair. Allow the water/shampoo mixture to run through hair. When drying, never rub or roll the hair in the towel.
c) Styling: When cutting or blow the bonded or fused extensions, avoid any areas where heat sensitive adhesives were used. Curly hair should be dried using a diffuser.
d) Sleeping w/extensions: Hair must be dried thoroughly before going to bed. Braid hair into big section loosely and wear a cap.
